Statuses & Complimentary Points
1. The rewards for achieving loyalty levels are divided into two categories: increasing Cashback levels, and Cash Prizes
2. After completing the registration, the player is automatically assigned the default loyalty program, depending on which deposit method was used when making the first deposit. If the player deposits via cryptocurrency, he is assigned to the Cashback loyalty program by default. All other deposit methods will trigger Cash Prizes by default.
3. Players may switch to a different loyalty program once in three months by contacting customer support.
4. The casino reserves the right to both exclude and suspend a player from the loyalty program at any time, based on his bonus rating and activity.
5. The casino reserves the right to revise the loyalty program at any time.
6. VIP-players can be excluded from the general loyalty program, as the bonus policy and bonus terms for them are offered individually.
7. Complimentary points (CPs) are awarded for playing on games under LIVE or SLOTS tabs on real money.
8. Comp Points may be exchanged for bonuses. General bonus terms are applied to these bonuses unless stated otherwise.
9. CPs awarded per bet amount:
1 point for 10 USDT or the same value in any other cryptocurrency.
10. The players’ status changes when the required number of earned CPs is achieved.
11. When CPs are exchanged for real money, the exchange rate varies in accordance with the Players’ status and becomes more advantageous when a higher status is achieved.
12. Any real money that has been obtained from CPs has no wagering requirements.
13. Once a player has collected at least 4,000 loyalty points, he will be able to exchange earned loyalty points for bonus money.
14. The maximum bet with an active bonus is 2 USDT or the same value in other cryptocurrency, unless stated otherwise. Larger bets may lead to confiscation of the bonus assets, free spins and possible winnings made with bonus money.
15. In case there is no activity in the account for more than 3 months, all the accumulated player points can be deleted.
16. Level up bonus can be claimed only once
17. Bonus offers are not available to players whose withdrawal-to-deposit ratio exceeds 70%.
18. Players with a significant balance (e.g. due to a big win) are not eligible for bonus offers.
19. Players with a high Bonus rate (5-9 deposits, 70% Bonus rate; 10 or more deposits, 50% Bonus rate) are not eligible for additional bonus offers.
20. Bonus offers are not available to players whose total income generated for the casino is negative.
21. Casino reserves the right to cancel or suspend the Loyalty program, temporary and/or change the program or parts in case of suspected bonus abuse, bonus exploit, fraud, technical failures or other factors outside the control of Casino that may affect the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion at any time without further notice. Casino reserves the right to deduct bonus, and any eventual winnings generated from real money or bonus money while wagering with an active bonus.
22. Any attempt to exploit the games will result in forfeit of any prize and will be disqualified for the campaign. Game rounds will be checked before prizes are credited.
23. The maximum win/withdrawal limit from the loyalty reward free spins is 100 USDT or the same value in other cryptocurrency, unless otherwise indicated.
24. Any players deemed to be using any strategy or advantage play technique can be excluded from the Weekly Crypto Cashback Bonus.
Cashback Bonus
1. Cashback Bonus is сredited for losses real money only.
2. Only real money contribute to the cashback bonus. Playing with bonus funds does not count into the Cashback calculation.
3. The cashback is based on your gameplay between Thursday 00:00 - Wednesday 23:59 (UTC)
4. The minimum amount for the cashback reward is 10 USDT
5. Cashback offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or bonus funds.
6. Cashback is only paid out to active accounts. No limits must be applied for player's account to get the Cashback bonus
7. Casino reserves the right to change this promotion at any time, as well as to end promotions, bonuses, or special offers before the advertised end date, due to security or bonus abuse issues.
8. When a player becomes a VIP member and/or receives a special status at Casino, he/she is eligible for exclusive offers and may not be able to participate in the weekly cashback promotion towards personal bonuses, based on player's game activity.
9. Progressive jackpots (find more info under the Jackpot tab in the Casino), Mini Games, Casual, Craps, Lottery & Other games are not included in the cashback promotion.
10. Zero or Low-Risk wagers are excluded from the Cashback Calculation. Zero or Low-Risk wagers are defined as betting in proportions on different outcomes on the same hand to create a Game Round with minimal risk. Examples of such Game Rounds are: betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette and betting player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat.

General terms
1. Unless stated otherwise, the maximum withdrawal limit on free spins is 50 USDT or the same value in other cryptocurrency, not counting the deposit amount. The remaining balance will be written-off in favor of the Casino. In order to withdraw your winnings obtained from a no deposit bonus, it is necessary to make at least one valid deposit.
2. Bonuses and participation in any form of promotional offers, including VIP rewards and CPs are not available to players from Sweden, Croatia, Serbia, France, Israel, and the United States of America.
3. Players depositing with Skrill and Neteller won’t be allowed to claim welcome bonuses. Future bonuses can be claimed using these payment methods.
4. All bonus offers are strictly limited to one per person and their family, home address, email address, IP-address, telephone number, account number, credit or debit card number, e-wallet number, payment system account (Neteller, Skrill, etc.), one electronic device (computer, mobile phone, tablet, etc.).
5. Players from Finland aren't eligible for any deposit-based bonuses.
6. All players can take advantage of bonuses, with the exception of cases where the bonus has country restrictions and the player is a citizen of one of these countries.
7. The maximum number of winnings using bonus funds from any deposit bonuses, including weekly reload bonuses, free spins bonus, cashback bonus, CPs, tournament winnings, local jackpots, loyalty bonuses and others is 10,000 USDT or the same value in other cryptocurrency, unless otherwise indicated. Winnings using bonus funds exceeding these values cannot be withdrawn and will be canceled.
8. The maximum number of winnings using bonus funds from non-deposit bonuses is 50 USDT or the same value in other cryptocurrency, unless otherwise indicated. Winnings using bonus funds exceeding these values cannot be withdrawn and will be cancelled.
9. The maximum number of winnings using bonus funds from free spins bonus is 100 USDT or the same value in other cryptocurrency, unless otherwise indicated.
10. The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement.
11. The player is not allowed to abuse the bonus offers. Abuse is the relation of received bonuses to the amount of deposits: 70% of bonus funds with 5 deposits, but not more than 9 deposits, 50% of bonus funds with 10 deposits or more. In case of such abuse Casino has the right to prohibit the Player from receiving any bonuses and to cancel any winnings received using bonus funds, both at the moment of wagering and after it.
12. The Player is not allowed to use any strategy in playing with an active bonus in order to fulfill the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses any strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all the player's winnings.
13. All bonuses have a minimum deposit requirement, limits on the maximum bonus amount, wagering terms, limits on the max number of bets while wagering, and a time limit of bonus validity, unless otherwise indicated (see details in the bonus description).
14. When wagering, any bonuses issued are limited, by default, to a maximum bet of 5 USDT or the same value in other cryptocurrency, unless stated otherwise.
15. Bonus is automatically cancelled upon active balance reaching amount of 0.05 USDT or less.
16. The winnings obtained by using bonuses can be withdrawn once all the wagering requirements have been met.
17. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are valid for 5 days following the point at which they were received.
18. At the end of the bonus period, if the bonus remains valid and the wagering requirements have not been met, all bonus money and winnings are void.
19. Players can request a withdrawal of their deposit before meeting the requirements for bonus wagering. In this case, the amount of the bonus and winnings are void, and the remaining funds, if any, are paid to the player.
20. To activate a bonus, the bonus code given in the bonus description must be used when making a deposit.
21. To use free spins, you need to activate them on your account and then open the relevant slot.
22. When playing with the bonus, bets are firstly placed on real money and then using the bonus.
23. Players have the right to cancel any bonuses without proceeding to their wagering, without any loss of their own funds.
24. Only one bonus can be activated at a time. Deposit bonuses cannot be combined.
25. Players have the right to refuse to receive any bonuses from the casino.
26. Delaying any game round in any game, including free spin features and bonus features, to a later time when you have no more wagering requirement and/or placing a new deposit(s) while having free spin features or bonus features still available in a game is prohibited.

32. Minimal risk bets on any games (i.e. betting in proportions on different outcomes on the same hand to create “action” with minimal risk) do not qualify for meeting the wagering requirement. Examples of minimal risk bets include betting on red and black simultaneously in Roulette and betting player and banker simultaneously in Baccarat. Players who are found to be adopting these practices run the risk of having their bonuses and winnings confiscated.
33. When gambling with bonus funds, all winnings requested for withdrawal pass a check prior to the payment. The casino reserves the right to request the user to confirm their personal info and payment details as part of the check.
34. The casino has the right to revoke any bonuses and winnings, as well as to confiscate any funds in the account if it has been obtained dishonestly or in violation of these rules.
35. The casino reserves the right to amend and supplement these terms at any time.
36. If a player did not play through the deposit amount that resulted in free spins credited at least 3 times (table games not included), the casino reserves the right to cancel the free spins and any winnings received with their help. If a player makes a deposit to claim free spins, they need to play through the deposit amount at least 3 times before withdrawing funds.
